How to hide selected directory/file from view in panel?

Post by Lex »

I'm using Far Manager 1.75 under WinXP. Is there an option to hide "System Volume Information" directory (or any other dir/file I can select myself)? I do not want to hide all system directories/files, just this one. I can do it easily in Total Commander by using build-in ignore list - sadly, I can not see similar option in Far. :(

Oh, here are some filter menu, thanks :)

Can you explain me these key options here? I've found that "-" works like "exclude" this filter, so I suppose that "+" works like "include". But what about "space", "i", "x", "bs" and "shift-bs"?

Also is there possible to exclude longer 2 directories path like c:\Windows\$*$ ?

Yes, I found out this F1 help, but still my question about possibility of 2 directories remains unanswered.
