"non-removable drives" vs "local drives"

Post by techie »

What is the difference between search in "non-removable drives" and in "local drives"?

Help gives the following explanation:
Search may be performed:
- in all non-removable drives;
- in all local drives, except removable and network;
From that description it looks like there can be non-local non-removable drives? How come?

Local drives may be removable (e.g. USB flash drives or floppy disks) and non-removable (e.g. regular SATA or IDE hard drives).

No, it doesn't.
I suppose that only local drives are meant in “- in all non-removable drives;”. Did you check?
