'Esc' -> CtrlO in shell

Postby zsoltszalay » Wed 20 Feb, 2013 14:59

Hi,

In FAR 1.71 I used the ESC key to toggle panels on/off. Now I installed FAR 3.0 3156 x64 on Win7 and I am unable to get this behavior.

I tried

Code: Select all

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Far\KeyMacros\Shell\Esc]
"Description"="Use Esc to toggle panels on/off"
"Sequence"="CtrlO"
"DisableOutput"=dword:00000001
"EmptyCommandLine"=dword:00000001

Does not seems to work. So I tried the followings also:

Code: Select all

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Far Manager\KeyMacros\Shell\Esc]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Far3\KeyMacros\Shell\Esc]

Neighter of them seems to work.

Could you tell me please what the problem could be?

Thank you!
Zsolt

Just copy %FARHOME%\addons\Macros\Panel.Esc.lua
to %FARPROFILE%\Macros\scripts\
and restart far.
