Save and transfer settings

Post by rubyruby »

Hi,
Could you please tell me how to save FAR settings including plugin settings, and restore it in a different machine?
Thanks

Thank you. Got it. Somehow I haven't learnt to use the help yet. Wish there was a way to search the documentation.

There is! F7
Open the HLF file (e.g. %FarHome%\FarEng.hlf) in FAR's built-in editor, use built-in (or whichever else) search and use F1 to view the section you're in.

Reason: Added direct “F7” instead of explicit HLF file search
