Is there any tweaks to load only top level folders in tree view then expand sub folder for a specific folder if I want latter.

This is possible with the plugin FarNet and its module PowerShellFar: F11 \ PowerShellFar \ Power panel \ Folder tree. Use F1 for help (see the Tree panel link).
