Colorer — syntax highlighting and text parsing

I couldn't try it just yet, but looking at the commit, it seems to be exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much!

Colorer — syntax highlighting and text parsing

Thanks! I would still prefer to get a solution for one specific editor only. Perhaps it's time to look into how to build FAR plugins, too, since I am already building my FAR...

Colorer — syntax highlighting and text parsing

Is it possible to disable Colorer for one specific instance of the editor? Suppose that I open a file that causes trouble to Colorer - by being too large or by matching a condition that Colorer assigns to a different type of file. It would be more useful to disable Colorer for this file and get a pl...

Bulk Correct Files/Folders with incorrect names (e.g. with trailing spaces)

Would you happen to know the names of the API(s) which allow this, or have a link to them?? Use any Unicode file function (e.g. CreateFileW ) and prefix the filenames with \\?\ . That gives you full 32768-character filenames with very few restrictions on their contents. My goal is to determine whic...

Bulk Correct Files/Folders with incorrect names (e.g. with trailing spaces)

Does FarManager rely on Windows API's for file/folder renaming ?? Of course. Avoiding Windows APIs would require a full re-implementation of the underlying filesystems, along with the ability to access the raw data (i.e. you would need administrative privileges or a supporting driver/service with t...

Bulk Correct Files/Folders with trailing spaces

I successfully located, moved to temp, and hightlighted my target files/folders. I'm having difficulty with the rename. What I'd like to do is rename all the files/folders to overwrite the existing ones with the same name minus the trailing space. I tried a few times but I seem to be missing someth...

InnoSetup module for Observer

I really don't like that idea. Is there anything which prevents Observer 1.12 from being marked as an official release and uploaded here to PlugRing? Then I could update the sources and upload the submodule without any problems.

InnoSetup module for Observer

In other words, it is official but it is not a release version. In that case, it really is not a good idea to release submodules for it - it would be confusing for users who download their files from Far Forums or PlugRing. If someone wants to stay at the cutting edge, they can of course compile the...

InnoSetup module for Observer

Hmm. I have no way of veryfing that these are really official. They don't look like it and there's no indication at PlugRing that a new version has been released. The author's Github still only shows version 1.11.2. I will wait for an official release before making any modifications to the InnoSetup...
