Inconsistent sorting by date
You can change the fallback criterion and its direction via F4 in the sort modes menu. The point is, whatever criteria and backup criteria I have, I think that if I am at "A, B" and then ask for a reverse order, "rev A, rev B" should be used. FAR uses "rev A, B". I can...

Inconsistent sorting by date
And I think we have a solution. Upon more detailed checking, it turns out that apparently wget sets the Last Write Time to whatever the server reports as the change time, with a precision of seconds. As a result, files a, b and c have the same time and d has +1 second. Which would explain the differ...

Inconsistent sorting by date
Well, it's not really the problem of which field gets used but that the ascending order does not give a reverse of the descending order.

Inconsistent sorting by date
It seems there is an error in FAR's sorting panels by date: 1) I downloaded 4 files in quick sequence using WGET. 2) I got the following Last Change Dates for them (sorted by filename, time only because the date part is the same for all of them): a = 12:58:29,5636335 b = 12:58:29,3007902 c = 12:58:2...

File and folder history in Copy/Move dialogs
I didn't do much testing, but it seems to work. The first patch isn't absolutely necessary, but of course if it is skipped, then the second one needs to be slightly modified because it makes use of the skipped parameter.
Applicable using git apply patch-file.patch.

File and folder history in Copy/Move dialogs
Thank you, HaRT. First of all, the destination edit fields have histories of previously accepted values (if you have the respective dialog option on), Yes, I know and use that. and these can be filtered incrementally upon pressing CtrlAltF That does not work for me. I may be missing a necessary firs...

File and folder history in Copy/Move dialogs
I wonder, would it be possible to add support for File History (ALT+F11) and Folder History (ALT+F12) to the Destination editbox in Copy and Move dialogs? That would make it far easier to perform a repeated copy or move to the same destination folder from different source folders. And it could be ev...

Nevermind, I have the culprit - if you start with a new profile (or if you delete the plugin's configuration file), it will default to AutoSelect having an empty filemask. If you change that mask to *.*, then F5 will start working. I will need to fix it so that AutoSelect works "out of the box&...

Interesting. It works fine for me, but only in my normal profile. Even with version 5716 which I am using now it will stop working if I delete the profile and then restore the macro file. But only if I use the macro - if I run the plugin manually (F11 -> Filters -> HTML), it works just fine. And the...

Viewer with selection and coloring capabilities
Interesting. I suppose I could use it in the meantime, but it's not really all that comfortable (after all, I use FAR specifically because it doesn't require a mouse...).

Viewer with selection and coloring capabilities
I have never looked at FAR's viewer from the developer's standpoint. I understand that it is a very different thing from an editor, in particular because it only loads the necessary part of the file file into memory rather than the whole file. I wonder, however: Would it be possible to keep that but...

That's actually a long-standing bug. Will be fixed later today. Anything else I should be aware of? (I know about the password protected archives.)
