Far Here

Some observation. If I click on a folder, then right click, "Far Manager 3 x64 Here" appears. However, if I immediately right click on a folder without left-click on it first, Far Here won't appear. Now I use ConEmu as outlined here https://superuser.com/questions/1184358/run-conemu-far-in...

Far Here

I remember once upon a time the ability to insert an option in windows explorer so if we right click we can select an option called Far Here to start Far in current folder where we are at.

How to have that with Far 3 x64?

TIA

CHM file not opened in FAR 3 Build 5254 x64 from user menu

more info would be better... Thank you for your interest topmo3. After selecting the option from the user menu I'll get the message, ' "fwcmd.chm" ' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. However if I navigate to the folder where the file is,...

CHM file not opened in FAR 3 Build 5254 x64 from user menu

In my user menu, I have chm files entered as follows, c:\fwh\manual\fwcmd.chm

With previous FAR version these were working fine. After I've upgraded to FAR 3 Build 5254 x64, it stopped working.

I just discovered a workaround and now I changed my user menu to start c:\fwh\manual\fwcmd.chm

Navigating to user's Documents, Downloads, Pictures etc folder

Thank you! I resorted to specifying c:\user\<user>\downloads but your solution would be more accurate

Navigating to user's Documents, Downloads, Pictures etc folder

Hi,
Is there a way to have the dialog that appears when Alt+F1/F2 is pressed to also include standard windows folder such as Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc?

TIA

What's causing 7zip-Error Incorrect Function?

Thank you for your attention HaRT. It happens with any file whose extension is not mentioned in File Associations and is not an executable. For example pdf, bmp, jpg, gif

What's causing 7zip-Error Incorrect Function?

Hi guys,
Am running FAR 3 build 4400 x64 on Windows 10.

If I press Enter on a file which is not associated with anything, the error below pops-up before continuing to display the file.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
