I seem to remember it was possible to execute command without putting it in history but I couldn't find how... Is this possible or am I imagining things?
In particular I would like this to be possible for user defined association for 'execute' with 'Enter'.
Execute command without keeping it in history
Execute command without keeping it in history
Hm... I was hoping for something more discerning. Like a special symbol at the beginning of command line to prevent it to be inserted into the history...
But this could work though I would have to check other associations to see which way is lesser evil.
Thanks a lot!

Execute command without keeping it in history
I use plugin AltHistory. It has setting «Commands history: exclusions...». I set
^@
as one of exclusions, and any commands beginning «@command
» are not written into history
