How to execute a macro from the User Menu?

Post by ImBringingTaxicab » Wed 14 Mar, 2018 19:05

I've searched through the docs, the forum, Google-translated forum posts, I can't find the answer.
In my F2 user menu I'd like to have an item that, when selected, sends a bunch of keystrokes to FAR. Specifically I'd like to send the keystrokes RCTRL+9 or Tab RCTRL+9 to (change panels) and open the folder shorcut menu number 9.
What do I need to write exactly into FarMenu.ini?

I've come across lm: post multiple times but an error message says it's an unsupported command.

There is a manual: macroapi_manual.en.chm in %FARHOME%\Encyclopedia. There you can find the actual information about macros.
As for your question: lua: Keys("Tab RCtrl9")

Thank you!
I swear, I've looked through there! And I tried lm: Keys("Tab RCtrl9"). I didn't know it had to be lua:
