Is there an online reference on how to write/expand macros in Lua?

Yes, the scripting reference source code (more or less human-readable).

BTW, it becomes fully readable and editable with this program.

I don't know what this error means (never got it).
This is my application and it runs for me on Windows 7. Did not try it on Windows 10 though.
The application is unpublished (except in Far repository).

Xerox, I've just tried it on Windows 10 machine. It runs OK.
The app version I tried now was newer than that in Far repository but I don't think that matters.

P.S. What is common to all machines I work with - they have Borland C++ Builder 5.0 installed. It may be the reason.
Also I recall that some years ago John Doe used this app and it worked for him.

For the sake of interest, I looked in Win 10, on which Borland C ++ was not installed.
