Hello guys,
I have Win10 + WSL Archlinux + zsh.
1. If I edit linux files - for example .zshrc - through editor in Far then the file (linux) permissions are cleared. Is it possible to set it somehow to not touch the permissions?
2. is it possible to show that kind of permissions next to the files in Far panel or in status line?
Thank you!

Microsoft WSL blog post explicitly and strongly discourages from opening WSL file system files from Windows. Doing so you break Linux file system consistency. Far cannot undo it for you.docertabum wrote: ↑Thu 05 Sep, 2019 23:47 1. If I edit linux files - for example .zshrc - through editor in Far then the file (linux) permissions are cleared.

1. By default when you save a file it's recreated. Try setting Editor.SaveSafely to false in far:config to save in place.
2. No idea, are they available through any Windows APIs?
