Far Here

Post by tomyam »

I remember once upon a time the ability to insert an option in windows explorer so if we right click we can select an option called Far Here to start Far in current folder where we are at.

How to have that with Far 3 x64?

TIA

At least in the 32-bit Far, it's in the installer's feature tree: Far Manager — Integration — Shell menu. The Explorer's context menu item is named “Far Manager 3 Here”.

Some observation. If I click on a folder, then right click, "Far Manager 3 x64 Here" appears.

However, if I immediately right click on a folder without left-click on it first, Far Here won't appear.

Now I use ConEmu as outlined here https://superuser.com/questions/1184358 ... ent-folder
