I have been really enjoying FAR manager. It is fast and super useful and make file operations very efficient. As always, I like to customize it. Here are few basic questions.
1. How to make the Filetype to show up next to Filename?
Currently, the filetype is right align and I don't mind it. But I am used to seeing the full file name, e.g. 'test.pdf' rather than 'test pdf'. Is it possible?
2. Can you copy / paste the file from FAR manager to Windows clipboard?
You may wonder, why do I need this! I often need to attach the file to my Outlook email. I can't drag/drop the file from FAR Manager to Outlook (or Can I ?), so I can copy and paste using Windows clipboard. Is this even possible? Please suggest me some useful recommendations. I do know about Ctrl+Insert / Shift + Insert. I am not just talking about the filename copy/paste, but copying the actual file.
Thank you (until the next question).
